Employers

Kivu Law advises employers on employment-based visa options suitable for their hiring needs and helps with filing employment-based visa applications. Depending on your industry and type of employee(s) you wish you hire, there are many different employment visas to discuss. Several major industries in our area depend heavily on the immigrant workforce, and employers play an important role in supporting employees with their work authorization.
