Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA)

Kivu Law helps recipients of Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) with their renewal applications. Those with DACA must renew their status every two years to remain eligible for employment authorization (sometimes known as a work permit) and receive protection from deportation. If you currently have DACA, you may renew as early as 150 days before your current status expires. It is recommended that you renew as soon as possible. Kivu Law helps with filing the DACA application and monitors the case for updates.  Kivu Law also can help you determine if Advance Parole is a good option for you. To schedule a DACA consultation, contact Kivu Law at 507-295-4858 or contact us online.
