Libby Tims is the Associate Director of Finance and Operations at Kivu Immigration Law PLLC. Libby grew up in Worthington and graduated from Worthington High School before moving to the Sioux Falls area for college. Prior to joining Kivu Law in 2025, Libby served two years with AmeriCorps where her focus was developing structured after school enrichment opportunities for underserved youth. In recent years, her career has been focused on Human Resources roles in the banking and technology industries. Libby holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Sioux Falls, a MBA from the University of Sioux Falls, and a Master’s degree from the University of South Dakota.
